Refund policy
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for shipped products.
We do a quality check on each item before shipping the order. But if the item purchased is faulty, do contact me at hello@stylensparkle.au to discuss an alternative solution. If we have the product in stock, we will replace it or else will process a refund.
We use AusPost standard shipping and do not offer refunds for lost or delayed mail.
